After you have installed the client software, please install this patch to fix the printing from the Remote Desktop Web Connection

Medical Practice Management Resources has implemented a new printing solution from ThinPrint.  The new system is intended to make remote printing more reliable and to enable a wider range of printer models.  This should ease the need for reboots in the middle of the day and the annoying missing printers.  Those of you with previously unsupported printers will now be able to use virtually any printer!

Everyone that wishes to print from Medinformatix or any other program on the remote server, MUST install the appropriate client software on your PC.
  If you do not have the software installed you will not be able to print!

How to Print from the Remote Server

The first thing you will notice is that your session automatically adds only your default printer to the list of remote printers.  When you print from any program, just select the printer that is listed.  Don't worry if this is not the printer you want to use.  The print job will be rendered in a preview window before it goes to the printer.  From there you can select any printer that you have installed on your computer.  See screenshots below...
